• Property addresses you enter to generate a report. These are processed server-side to retrieve market data and are not stored in our database after your report is generated.

• IP address and general geographic location derived from it
• Browser type, version, and operating system
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Pages visited, time spent on each page, and navigation paths through the Site
• Referral source (how you arrived at the Site)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies placed by our analytics and advertising partners (described below)

We use the information described above to:

• Provide the List or Wait Score and related report content in response to your address search
• Understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content, performance, and user experience

Property addresses entered by users are processed in memory and are not written to our database. Cookie consent records are retained by CookieYes in accordance with their terms.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
